Terrible Service fro Cool Ideas
I was not pleased with the level of service from Cool ideas. They gave me a run around to release a line from previous tenant's account although I provided lease as proof that I am the new tenant. It took them more than two weeks and more than 30 minutes on the line with them almost daily and chain of mails for them tell me that there's penalty fee to pay to release the line sooner than calendar month. My Service Provider still has to run after them and Vuma to release the line after a paid a lot of money. Terrible service
