Terrible Service
The worst service so far. I have been waiting to get connected for two whole weeks now. TT Connect and Cool Ideas are the worst combination. TT Connect came to configure my line but according to cool ideas the line has not been open. The worst experience!

You handed over the matter to Lindelani Matsa, who I see is not interested in solving the matter. I even feel the process moved better and there were responses and action when *****gwa Nkoana was handling it (even when she is not a team lead). Lindelani even sounded like she doesn't even care if I cancel my subscription, as someone loyal for close to 3 years, paying on time. It's just sad.
