Terrible Service – 8 Days Without Internet and Empty Promises

I have been without internet for 8 days, and this has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Since reporting the issue, I’ve received nothing but empty promises, vague updates, and no real action. Each follow-up is met with “it will be fixed soon,” yet no technician arrives and no resolution is provided.

Internet is a basic service, especially for work and daily communication, and being offline for over a week is completely unacceptable. The lack of urgency, accountability, and communication shows a total disregard for customers.

I would not recommend this service provider to anyone who values reliability or customer support. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be cancelling my services and escalating the matter further.
