Terrible service

I’ve been trying to upgrade my line for over a week now. Absolutely no one has responded to me. Three emails and a phone call later (where I was told I’d be contacted the next morning, which was 4 days ago) I still have not received a response. I will definitely be cancelling, as soon as I get a response from absolutely anyone, and I do not recommend this ISP at all.
