Terrible range - can't connect to wi-fi and I go further than 8 meters from my router.

Terrible product service - I lose connection to my router when I move 10 meters away to another room in my tiny apartment. The technical consultants advised that walls may provide obstruction to signal and that I would need to pay additional fees for a booster - this was not mentioned to me when taking up the product.
