TERRIBLE DISGUSTING SERVICE

One Star is even to much. Initially all fabulous, response time etc, all amazing, you pay the fee and then BOOOOOMMMMMM. No call back, logging tickets mean nothing, speaking to so called manager mean nothing....... A week later after Installer say "they cant" (even though the other units in my complex has fiber). i have called messaged emailed short of smoke signals. basically, telling me to "F" off. Thanks CoolIdeas
