Terrible customer service!!!!!!
The service at Cool Ideas is shocking to say the least. I signed up in February 2021 and had an entire month without fibre even when paying to have fibre! Vuma and Dirk from Cool Ideas acknowledged that there was a fault on my line. Dirk from Cool Ideas then promised a refund and said he has forwarded a request to their accounts department. I then queried this in May 2021 again. Dirk refuses to respond to my emails and I suppose he had me blocked on their Facebook page after I had made it known that I would take to social media. Cool ideas makes commitments to customers which they do not honour. I am so glad i moved to Afrihost who has outstanding service. I would never recommend anyone to Cool Ideas!
