Terrible Customer Service
I have been down for 5 days now and all that gets said to me is area outage? No ETA can be given. No support no nothing!! Terrible customer service and turn around time.

27 Jun 2023, 11:52And I sent a request on the 9th May to release my line to move over to another service provider and now both you and TT CONNECT are coming back with stories to only release the line on the 12th July after I have given you a month notice.
Down for 6 days and not releasing my line on time?!
