Terrible customer service!

This has to be the worst experience with ISPs with this company, I've been without internet for over 24 hours. I app**** for the Black Friday special, it took them a whole month and still the process has not been completed and what makes it worse, is that they have terminated my internet service with my previous ISP so now I'm left without internet, they have updated the ticket only once since I logged the call and have not even notified me what would be the next actions, not even an ETA on the issue. I wouldn't recommend this ISP to anyone! I'm ot even a customer as yet and I have major regrets!
