Terrible Customer Serivce

Cool ideas service is absolutely terrible - we pay for an uncapped 100mbps line and there is flippen buffering every couple of seconds...I am tired of the nonsense your agents come up with - first the position of the router then electronic devices are too close to the router...then the router is outdated and you have the audacity to expect me to pick up the router from your offices in rosebank. You get paid on time every month but your service is ****....and that is putting it mildly.....I DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND (UN)COOL IDEAS!!!!
