Terrible connectivity and communication.

I've been with Cool Ideas for a while now (a bit under a year) and I have to say that their service till this point wasn't too bad, but the past few months they have been on a rapid decline. They have connectivity issues nearly every other week and almost always blame DDoS attacks for the problem.

I decided to post this review today after a full day of constant disconnecting and their anemic response to the problem. Zero communication and 8+ hours of basically no internet, yet I doubt anyone's monthly will get lowered pro rata with all the downtime.

I'm probably going to start looking for a new ISP if this keeps up.
