Terrible Accounts Department

Today after struggling to get in contact with Cool Ideas to close my account I have been told that there is no management available in Cool Ideas offices to take my call. I have now emailed and logged numerous calls with them and rep**** on their emails to get my account closed but still no communication from their side. It is absolutely horrifying to have to work with a company that is so unprofessional. They dont reply on emails, They dont phone customers back and when you want to call them you get told there is no body that can help you and they will come back to you. I have now been waiting 7 months allready for a manager to phone me and still no respone. I will definitely not work with Coolideas ever again. They have the worst Accounts department I have ever seen in my life.
