Take there time for service needed

Was the absolute most straining process i have ever gone through regarding service.

had to wait 7 weeks (after they promised a maximum of 4 weeks to get a connection to fiber and absolutely begging them every second day!! the worst part i had it installed already, it was only connecting the line. and then cool ideas blamed SADV and SADV blamed cool ideas. This made me fall 3 weeks behind on after working hour studying... but do they care? i have no idea

Absolutely would never recommend this service to anyone, not even someone i cant stand, not even to cool ideas themselves
