Superb customer service

I changed my ISP to Coolideas because of appalling service from the previous ISP. The FSP dragged their feet on the change over of the line and I was frustrated but Coolideas was very patient with me and made things happen with appropriate escalation. I’m now up and running with Coolideas and the excitement to be connected is back! It’s even a super customer service experience. Other service providers in South Africa should learn a few things from Coolideas customer service team. A special shout out to Thuli, Ayla and Annelisa for the brilliant service!
