Super service

I always enjoy excellent service with the client service executives at Cool Ideas. I've logged a number of faults over the years, and the feedback is incredibly fast. Even if the ground teams doing the repairs or service may not be available immediately, the call centre staff keep you updated regularly with regard to the status of delivery, which is very reassuring and professional. It's always a pleasant experience! The staff must obviously be well trained. And they are courteous and kind at all times. A big thumbs up to Cool Ideas ! thanks very much.
