still waiting for my refund
They have been totally unreliable. I app**** for fibre through their website and they identified TT as the company that had fibre in my area. I paid initial 500rands fee and for the next two months it was excuse after excuse. eventually they informed me mid September that unfortunately there was no company providing fibre in my area. They promised to refund my 500 rands but up now they have not done so. My ticket (***05 69) has essentially not been attended to. What a bunch of *****s!!!!
