Still No Resolution to my Problem - Horrific service from Cool Ideas!

Wrote a Hello Peter review on the 16th June regarding the terrible service I received by Cool Ideas....To date the 2nd of July I have only received an e-mail saying they are attending to the query.... No answers ! No service ! just further blah blah blah.... Looking over the other comments posted for Cool Ideas there are so many complaints that have not received any responses. This should be a stark warning for anyone wanting to use Cool Ideas!
