Stay far away from Cool Ideas and Linteg

Choosing Cool Ideas and Linteg was the worst decision ever!!! As someone who works from home my livelyhood literally relies on a stable Internet connection. Firstly it was a struggle to just get connected with them and then 7 dayskafter finally getting connected I get my connection suspended without warning for an overdue bill because no one bothered to tell me that you pay for the service in advance. Even after paying within 10 minutes and after numerous emails confirming my line has been unsuspended I was still without Internet. Even after over 10 calls to them and Linteg and driving to Rosebank to pick up another router I'm still without Internet and no one from Linteg or Cool Ideas seems to be the wiser as to why. Numerous promises of agents and technicians calling back and I'm just at a point where I'm deciding to cut my losses, use their router as a door stopper and switch to LTE. All this after just 7 days as a customer. Soooo disappointing.
