Stay Away from this ISP

Cool ideas used to be a great ISP. Since August 2019 I've been telling them I've been experiencing issues with my connection. They always thought I was talking *******, until they got hit with 2 DDoS attacks in 2 weeks, now, in October 2019, I get 253mbps download speed on a gigabit connection and my connection drops like crazy. They can't seem to fix their network. Time to jump ship
