Stay away from Cool Ideas and Blitz

I got a call at work from my daughter to inform me that we had no internet. I asked her to send me pics and realized the TP Link was not functional. We tried restarting it to no avail. I called Cool Ideas who were so poor on service like the guy was reading from a set script. He refused to test the line. I was told I had to call from home. I did this and after 15 min on the line I was assisted BUT I was told to type in the 192...... code which did not work. The absolute fool who took my call kept making me out to be stupid and I kept informing him that nothing is working and I am typing the info in the correct bar on top. He put the phone down in my ear and low and behold Blitz are just as poor as after investigating I found out our entire complex was down for supposed scheduled maintenance by Blitz who never informed anyone and hence even without internet the 192.... code will not work as our entire site/link/TP units were off line???????? I plead with the public refrain from doing any business with Cool Idea and Blitz as they are just there to take your money. Every night after 7pm if you watch netflix with a 10meg line your TV pic goes fuzzy. We now believe this is when many people go online and the lines are drained. Funny thing is when they came to see us we were told it was a 1-1 line??? Anyway stay away from these people and go through the likes of Mweb etc who are way more professional.
