Stay away from Cool Ideas

I've been with Cool Ideas for a few years since i started using Fibre and never had big issues, but for this year 2022 its really been a nightmare. Always gave them the benefit of the doubt even though there were quite a lot of complaints, I was too proud to see it but my views has changed and will no longer promote them. This was the same with Afrihost until i decided to take my business elsewhere.

I have been trying to be proactive not to be cut off from the internet by purchasing a voucher beforehand but always an error that will delay until i am eventually without internet. tickets logged messing you around with delayed tactics until out of office hours just to buy them time does not work for the consumer either.

So basically what I'm saying, WHOEVER IS THINKING OF MOVING OVER TO COOL IDEAS BETTER GET YOURSELF READY FOR HEADACHES. The idea is not "Cool " anymore. I hope this reaches a few people to benefit from my experience
