Speedy Problem Resolution

Despite the number of bad reviews exceeding the good ones, I was pleasantly impressed by what happened today. Overnight my Internet went down. Vumatel provide the fiber into the complex but my new ISP Cool Ideas (I was recently transferred to Cool Ideas by my previous ISP Mind The Speed) reacted swiftly when I reported the problem. They immediately opened a ticket with Vuma and within 2.5 hours Vuma had found that the link into the complex had gone down and they repaired/restored it. I subsequently received 3 follow-up phone calls from both Faith and Sibonile at Cool Ideas, checking that the line was up again. So, well done to all concerned. Keep up this kind of service and your ratings can only go up!
