Slow wifi speeds and cool ideas is doing nothing to fix it
I pay for 50mbps wifi, for the last 5 weeks I have had very slow speeds, nothing higher than 20mbps. I have called cool ideas multiple times to tell them about this issue and they have still done nothing about it. I am extremely dissapointed in their services. I have been a customer for many years now and now that i have an issue they simply refuse to help me. I have sent multiple emails showing the slow speeds, i have called yet the issue is still not fixed
