Slow, pathetic customer satisfaction.? You’ve come to the right place cool ideas are useless

Unfortunately I had to rate it one star I wanted to do no stars but it’s not aloud let me not waste anybody’s time here they get attacked every month with some cyber attack it’s been every month for the past 4 months this happens the support team can’t even give you valid explanation to what’s happening let’s not even mention that if you need support after there “working hours” you might as-well just wait till the next working day because there support team is not constant there is no customer satisfaction Standards at all and the technicians take 48 hours to update security on there lines this is definitely a company that does not know what they are doing My partner kept saying to me cancel the line and I kept leaving it I will definitely be canceling my house and buisness lines very soon
