SLOW INTERNET

Okay so I signed up with Cool Ideas in during last year for a 20/2 line. I was receiving speeds of around 6 megs and was expected to pay for a 20 meg line. I reported the fault to them a number of times and every time they did something on their side it would increase for an hour or two and back. I just paid them for six months of service for a 20 meg line when i only received 6 megs. If you ever feel like getting the short end of the stick then sign up with Cool Ideas.
