Shockingly bad support staff

Shocking support processes. The support staff do not seem to be aware of how to coherently respond to support tickets, their explanation is either unclear or they do not read the previous messages within a support ticket thread. I request a follow up on a order and get a unrelated answer back that has clearly not used any of the previous conversation context. Please read through the context of the support ticket before answering with something unrelated!
