Shocking support from Cool Ideas

Absolutely shocking service from Cool Ideas. Its been two weeks now since I app**** with Cool Ideas to move my fibre service from to a new address. I can’t believe the incompetence of the call center agents and the mangers who are we’re supposed to escalate this to Vumatel to resolve. When I call Vumatel they say the line is available, when I call cool ideas they say the line is not available. I don’t know where to turn to next for help. I think I should cancel and find a LTE solution.
