SHOCKING SERVICE - THEY JUST DONT CARE

I have been a customer of Cool Ideas for a couple of years now. I changed addresses and thought the process would be simple. I lodged my application to change addresses on 24 June 2020. Its supposed to take three to four days max. However, three weeks later I am still waiting for connection. Cool Ideas claims that Mweb hasn't released the line so they cant lodge a new application. However, I have provided the confirmation email from Mweb that the line was cancelled. Cool Ideas then claim the previous owner of the line has an outstanding account. So I got the proof of payment from the previous owner and provided it to Cool Ideas. BUT STILL - no connection. Cool Idea's haven't bothered to get back to me in four days on what my connection problem is now now. Never met a more *********** bunch of idiots. My line can be held "hostage" and somehow I must just sit and be patient. I must beg and plead to get service from business. Would actually rather just go to someone who wants my money! Would give them a minus rating if there was an option!!!!!
