Shocking service from Cool Ideas

A month ago I went through the process of changing service providers from Vox to Cool Ideas. I was told to terminate my VOX connection before Cool Ideas could open an account for me. My Vox account expired at the end the end of March and I'm yet to be connected. This means that I've had no internet connection since the 31st of March. It is now the 5th April. I was told that the transfer would be immediate. Then they promised me a 24 hour turnaround time. I'm still waiting. I'm highly disappointed as Cool Ideas was highly recommended to me. I spoke to a number of consultants who promised to call me back, but no one has to date. I spoke to Nicky Maiker,, Peter and Terri and no one has let me know when I can expect to be reconnected. I work from home and this is having a huge impact on my business. This is entirely unacceptable, and at the moment, I actually think I would have been better off to remain a client of your competitor. Sincerely, Nicolina Meerholz ( ********** )
