Shocking service
Shocking service. 4 nights in a row from 1am till 8:30 am. Offline. Support centre does nothing to inform me of the real reason for the outages. It’s obviously planned but no notification of it. Will never recommend cool ideas again.

Please be advised that these recent service interruptions are due to a power-related issue in your area. These issues have been raised with City Power by Vumatel, as the generator workaround is only permitted during certain hours to accommodate residents close to the generator. We are in the process of creating a notification system for events such as planned maintenances in each area. However, we might not be able to notify customers of unplanned incidents such as power/fibre cable theft and other incidents that are out of our control.
