SHOCKING SERVICE COOL IDEAS

Shocking service received from Cool ideas!!! I ordered my line on the 3 August 2018. after countless calls to Cool ideas they organized with Vuma to install the cable to our house. there was so much confusion from the start. After waiting over a month for someone to even come and install then suddenly we had 3 different people wanting to install. eventually the line was installed and on the 18th September the money was very quickly deducted from my account. Even though we have had NO FIBRE ACCESS!!!!! Cool ideas has made no effort to make sure we are up and running and we have had to make countless calls to them only to receive empty promises!!!! I have now cancelled the line, but AGAIN have heard nothing from them. I WANT MY MONEY BACK COOL IDEAS!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't use this ISP as they are completely useless!!!!!!
