Shocking Service!!!!!!!!!!
Paid my installation cost over a month ago to have the boxed installed. Apparently a mix-up between Cool Ideas and Vumatel. This should not be my problem. Even when I log a ticket for people to call me from Cool ideas no one will call you. You hold on forever to get through to there support online and when you do the only advice they give you is that someone will call you to sort it out and they aren't capable of doing so. Just try and speak to their manager....that will never happen, I personally dont think they have any otherwise a simple thing of getting Vumatel to call me would have happened already.
There is no ownership of a complaint, its the ticket system and they are more concerned to close the ticket and move on then to resolve the issue.
