Shocking Service

I app**** for a simple migration of my fibre line from one address to another. Both addresses have fibre installed so it really should have been a simple process and it should take up to 30 days. I app**** on 24 October and today (10 December) I still don't have a fibre connection at my new address. All Cool Ideas tells me that TT Connect is the issue and that this application obviously fell through the cracks. I would expect if it fell through the cracks, to be taken seriously and something be done about it. TT Connect called yesterday and are a little surprised that they have been blamed as they claim Cool Ideas needs to do the migration from their side. In the meantime, I've had to purchase an LTE router and data in order to run my home based business. Very disappointed - the only reason they get one star is because I can't give lower stars.
