Shocking media ISP ticket ID - #COOL-***

i have been so terribly disappointed with my experience at cool ideas. I loaded a complaint about my terrible speeds for my 100/25 line and nothing has been fixed since. i get beautiful speeds during the day but during prime time its terrible. all i use my line for is streaming and they are supposed to be the best of the best for streaming. one of my neighbors is having exactly the same issue with exactly the same frustration. can someone take ownership and do something about it?>
