SHOCKING ISP... How they even still in business is surprising,

I cannot understand how these people stay in business. I am a new client, taking the R1500 per month ( largest ) package you can get. I have submitted all documentation on the 22nd February 2020, and since then have been calling the call centre at least 3 time a day every day. Today is the 10th March and I am still not connected. You cannot get hold of a manager to call you back or take a call. And to top it all, they have already debited my account !! for a service that has not yet been installed and operational..... What is the cherry on top is that I had a fully working installation in the house I purchased already, so no new installation on site even required... What a Joke.... !!!!
