Shocked and utterly Disgusted with Cool Ideas

To whom it may concern,

I am utterly disgusted with the service with Cool IDeas. I spoke so highly before and now its just downhill all the way. I logged a complaint (#COOL-*** - July Invoice) how my service, not even a year old has increased from R609.00 per month up to R749.00 and especially in this period of Covid-19. I logged a query online 25.06.2020 and have not received any feedback. I would think yearly increases is understandable. But in this period of the pandemic I have had to take a salary cut along with South Africans losing there jobs and then you come and increase this service?
