Shameful behaviour from Accounts/Billing

I have sent numerous emails with either intermittent or no responses from Cool Ideas. This has got to be the most unprofessional, amateur business I have ever dealt with.

In February 2022, they tried to charge me for a clawback amount on an installation they did not perform. I already had a line installed and all you needed to do was activate the line. I communicated this telephonically at the time to the agent and they confirmed the clawback amount would not apply.

I communicated this again after I cancelled the month-to-month contract. Your accounts department then left me alone for 8 months, sent no invoices and didn't contact me. 4 months ago they resurfaced suddenly, deciding they need money from me. Business must be going badly at Cool Ideas and they need cash flow. After more back and forth, they confirmed the invoice had been issued in error.

Amazingly, on the 23rd of December 2022, suddenly the invoice appears again, noting that it is overdue and threatening to hand me over to "Accountability"

I am deeply disgusted by this pathetic attempt at a cash grab from Cool Ideas, along with the amateurish service from the accounts department.

I would encourage all consumers to avoid Cool Ideas at all costs!
