⭐ Service Excellence, Lerato, you are a star! ⭐

Our WiFi router was hit by a power surge during a lightning storm and we logged a ticket on Monday evening. The service was already impressive because by Wednesday at 08:00 the replacement router was delivered.

But what truly made my experience outstanding was Lerato Khakhathiba. She guided me every step of the way with patience and professionalism. She even called me back exactly as promised to check if I could log in, and when I still struggled, she helped me step by step by step until everything was working perfectly.

Her knowledge, attitude and willingness to go the extra mile is AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. She is the definition of excellent customer service and I truly hope her managers see this!
