SERVICE EXCELLENCE Above and Beyond by Ms Pretty Likhade

I was surprised to have my phone call answered after office hours by Pretty Likhade at Cool Ideas. My WiFi disconnected and I was not in the best of moods when I spoke to Pretty, who was extremely accommodating and above all tolerated my unjustified impatience. It is customer centric agents like Pretty who are the backbone of service excellence in a company - Cool Ideas - in this particular case. It takes emotional maturity and a calm attitude, which Pretty has in abundance, to make a customer 'stand back' if not reset. What actually transpired was that I had inadvertently switched off power to my router normally plugged in into a bank of power adapters, with the main switch nicely tucked away at the back of my desk. How I managed to do that and not check before bothering Pretty, remains a mystery. THANK YOU Pretty for your amazing patience and guidance to restore my WiFi connection. Very Kind Regards, Helena
