Service down for over 5 hours!

To date the service Cool Ideas/Vumatel has been great! With one or two incidents where the connectivity was down for an hour or two. However today it's been unavailable since 6h30am. In these current pandemic times where home schooling and working from home has become the norm for so many families this is unacceptable. Financially it makes no sense to invest in this service with Cool ideas and still have to buy large sums of data and go through the trouble of making my device a hotspot to provide everyone in our home access for their daily committments. Secondly, an SMS notification of the service issue should be circulated to their customers! If the Wifi is down how am I supposed to log onto my profile and see the notification? This makes no sense!?! Get your act together and provide the service we are paying for.
