Sell you a product they cannot deliver and bad customer service

They sell you a product they cannot deliver. Today is 08-11-2018 I placed an order 03-08-2018 they made me sit at home for 3 days for an installation that should have taken 1/2 a day. They blame their service provider but I bought the service from them not the other. Their call center agents have bad attitudes. They promise 2 weeks I have been waiting 3 months. The installation is complete and configured yesterday 07-11-2018 and now they are saying they cannot send me the router today the 08-11-2018 they will try send it tomorrow 09-11-2018 but cannot guarantee it so probably only the Monday the 12-11-2018, and I bet you they will want to charge me a full month of service. All I know is if I did this to my works clients my boss would definitely fire me.
