******** and Shocking Service!!!!!

I have accepted t&c's saying the contract is month to month, when I asked for the line to be moved to a new apartment (Unit) from previous residence to New home, cool ideas says they need a month to cancel even though I have no access or active line to the previous residence where the line to be cancelled was running. They basically are charging for two account yet the other does not exist and they are aware of it.

This is shocking and day light *******. They have not resolved this matter in over three weeks!!!!

The application to the new line has also been delayed due to shocking service that I have ultimately asked Cool ideas to cancel the application and return my R500 paid for installation. This is also hard for them to do.

Cool ideas is a shocker in client service and unduly tries to enrich themselves with bogus T&C's which they do not adhere to when one asks to cancel.

DO NOT TRUST OR USE THEIR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
