Satisfying customer service and network

I don't usually write reviews for companies, but considering I used Hello Peter reviews and Mybroadband reviews to influence my decision on Cool Ideas I thought I would add my 2 cents,

Moving into a Fibre neighborhood came with the task of sifting through all the Fibre ISPs to find the one that will give the most bang for my buck... and I feel I have definitely made the right Choice with Cool Ideas,

From signup to installation and support I am well pleased with the Cool Ideas team, friendly and helpful replies from people that you get the feeling genuinely are in the game to help you.

I took their 20/20 Mbps package with Vumatel, and considering my upload i just recently decided to try my hand at streaming to twitch. I am still in the setup procedure, and was having issues with getting a stable connection to the twitch ingest server last night... getting dropped frames and choppy upload stability. during my troubleshooting I googled "Cool Ideas Twitch" and found they have a local Ingest relay server... I just tried it out (Teamviewering into my home pc from work) and the test ran fantastically. for the 10 mins I spent testing the streaming to the local CISP ingest server I had a stable stream running at far above the bitrate I will actually be using.

I have been doing speed tests daily since I signed up for the service and I have been consistently getting the speed I am subscribed to.

The TP link router provided by them also is quite decent, it has a very simple user interface, 2.4&5ghz wireless, with bandwidth priority settings etc.

I can definitely recommend!
