Run away when you hear cool ideas
Definitely the worst service provider. Run for the hills when you hear "Cool Ideas" I chose this service only because they said it was a month to month service and there were no contracts. I chose not to pay for internet in February because other things took priority. They cut of my internet as expected and I did not have internet for the month. When I paid the full amount on the 27th of February, my internet was restored and then cut off two days later. I let them know and they first tried to assist but then they told me that my line was let go and they billed me again. Their call center assistants direct you from one department to the next without any resolution
