Revolting service from Cool Ideas, no interest in standing up for their customer.

Disgusting service. No backbone dealing with the fibre providers THEY sell, even tho I am only Cool Ideas customer, not Vumatel's. Down for 1/3 of the month and their attitude is "not my problem, sorry we don't give credits." After that, force me to endure 30 more days before releasing me to move to another provider. You used to be such a good ISP, its really sad to see you decline so much.
