Resolution of a tricky issue

I had a problem where the router & the VPN I needed, had conflicting settings. It was crippling because I work from home & needed the VPN to complete most of the work that I do. I logged a call with Cool Ideas who responded pretty quickly. I was helped by one of their technical support staff, Alex Hlapa who called me numerous times, stayed on the issue & ultimately resolved it without once complaining or making me feel like he wasn't 100% vested in resolving the issue.
