Refusal to upgrade to higher speed.

Asked for an upgrade last month from 100 to 200 Mbps. I assured them that my router could handle the speeds.

They said they would ship me a new router anyways and did so while I was on holiday in December. Arrived back in Jan only to find they have shipped me the exact same router.

Have informed them of the debacle and requested for the upgrade to happen.

The silence is deafening.

Seems like my only option to upgrade would be to cancel the contract and go with someone else.
