Refund

The fibre line was down for an entire month after only being live for four days. Cool ideas advised that this was an issue with Vumatel. The Premium for the month was debited from my account in advance. I have requested for a refund. Cool Ideas advised that Vumatel should engage with cool ideas by the end of April regarding this refund. It is now the 17th of May and no feedback whatsoever from cool ideas regarding the refund despite numerous emails to them asking for some sort of feedback.
