Rated Top ISP, but just another Circus!

The ladies handling their connections mailbox are not interested in working and they have a bad attitude. My router was sent to the wrong address, it's a mission to get hold of anybody that can make the corrections without delay. So I will be paying for today's subscription pro-rata when I didn't receive the router due to your mess up? So I pay a R 200 delivery fee for the router, but you can't get the delivery right? There were cheaper service providers, I decided to pay the higher fee because you were rated the number one ISP. Boy, am I disappointed! Even Openserve offered superior service compared to you. You just turned out to be another circus like the rest! I would have cancelled and went to another ISP, had it not been for the 12 month claw back clause.
