We've been with Cool Ideas for more than two years, and the past two months have been a disaster. I get DDoS attacks -- I don't hold that against them. What I do hold against them is the inability to invest in proper security measures to mitigate attacks. All the while their customer service and communication is absolutely abysmal. The level of service is close to what Telkom ADSL had back in the day. We've struggles with excessive connection issues even after the attacks, it feels like our internet is down more than it is up at the moment. Luckily we're trying to get through our notice month with a bit of connectivity (we've been down for three days at the time of writing).
